Unfortunately, the academic back drop in most institutions in the country does not provide youth with the skill set required to be productive employees from Day 1. Further, employers continuously complain about the poor quality of their employee workforce but are unable to provide them with focused and continuous training, leading to an improvement in their skill set. CABOS was developed to support such employers and staff. For a minimal monthly payment, CABOS will provide employees with access to tool sets and professionals that can assist them with solving work issues in their work setting, from writing suitable correspondence to general administrative matters. CABOS will equip its members with modern day best practices approaches to service delivery and capacity development in the workplace.
